These box of 100 string tags are a good quality heavy tag. They have a heavier string than some tags like these and and have a reinforced eyelet making them stronger. They do seem a little expensive for paper tags but they are a heavier better quality than other tags like these I have purchased in the past.1

I am only using these to attach to gift bags so I am not that picky. I like that they are long enough that I can tie them into little bows around the handles of the gift bags so you just have to pull the string to open. There are plenty to last me quite awhile.

These tags have enough room to add a fairly detailed description to an item. I can use my Dymo label printer to add a label with a professional looking description, fiber contents, washing instructions, etc. or opt for a handwritten tag for a more handmade feel. These are quite versatile and I appreciate that I don't need a special gun or anything to attach them. The cost is between 13¢ and 14¢ per tag, which seems reasonable.

These are plain white tags. I use them for my crocheted projects because I can tie them as loosely or tightly as I need. They are much heavier than I thought they were going to be, but that isn't a deterrent. They don't fold or tear easily, which is a huge plus for me when you're taking stock in and out of boxes for craft shows. Will definitely buy more when I run out!
