Just what I wanted

Just what I was looking for to build simple yet specifically targeted circuits with Logic gates.
Well explained

The book effectively explained theory with real-life examples. I applied the knowledge to adjust and control display input LEDs. It was a rewarding learning experience.
Great book but some grammatical errors

Even though this book has some grammatical errors in it I still enjoyed it ! this small little book has cleared up a lot of non sense they teach in college with regards to digital logic. Sure, professors teach you all about gates, truth tables, etc.. but they never truly explain it in a way you can fully understand it and visualize it mentally. For example in school we are taught that a NOT gate inverts meaning I give it a 1 and my output will be 0 and vice versa. That's all fine and dandy but how does that translate into hardware ? like how do you manipulate a transistor to act like a NOT gate. This is something professors with advanced degrees ( PhD's ) could not explain to me without using big technical words such as " The transistor is in cut off or saturation blah blah blah ". But this book here cleared that doubt I've had for years with its simple circuit diagrams and its simple explanations on how the transistor is set up to produce the gates you want. Although the book does use words like " cut off mode " or " Saturation " the explanation is good and not confusing in my opinion, plus the author adds picture's of how the circuit should look on the breadboard. Thank you so much for writing this book and even though the grammar is not that great I will still give this book 5 stars because I enjoy how you are trying to fill in the gap between the understanding of logic gates and how that translate to a physical circuit you can build at home.

Fun book to get used to a breadboard and seeing the schematic vs the BB layout. I built them all. They work. They help teach you the building blocks of digital circuits.
