First and foremost, the customer service is WONDERFUL!
I used this to remove about two inches of slush and three inches of snow- it got the job done extremely fast! Product is easy to put together, lightweight, and overall perfect for what I needed. Sadly, the safety button on my shovel got stuck pressed in- it seems like it got caught on the handle start button. This created a safety hazard, because the blades kept running so the only way to stop it was by removing the battery. Unfortunately, now it wont start up.
I anxiously contacted the seller, and I was PLEASANTLY surprised! I explained the issue and they apologized. They were SO helpful and SO respectful! They rectified the issue without hesitation. This company is a small business and their customer service shows they genuinely care.

You have to clench your hands the whole time in order for it to work. If you let go, the motor stops running. I have very mild arthritis and it bothered me enough that I ended up just using it as a regular shovel. I wasn't lifting it, but my back started hurting anyway because it's width is so small that you end up shoveling for a lot longer than normal. It's also loud enough that I don't like using it past 7pm or so. If I knew what I knew now, I would have just bought one of those really wide/light-weight shovels that are designed to be pushed (not lifted).
Update: Added another star because customer service is top-notch. They're very responsive, honest and truly make an effort to keep you as a customer.

I shopped around for a powered shovel. I am over 65, not in the best shape, and have had some health issues, so concerned about using a shovel to move snow, especially shoveling and picking it up. I do have gas powered self propelled for the driveway and larger amounts of snow, but use shovel for front door stoop, clean up to shed, to grill, deck and some of the patio areas. Unit arrived, and SO EASY to put together and charge up battery. First snow came (1-3") and was able to use it where i used to use shovel, and it works great and as described, does throw the snow a distance. As others have mentioned, keep the wind direction in mind since it discharges up and away and the wind can take it and blow it on you. Recent late December snows, left piles of drifts, and used it this morning on deck and patio and snow was packed snow, and some drifts from 12-15" high and no problem. Keep in mind it will take alittle longer to get through the drift, but for me, much better and safer than using a shovel. The other areas on the patio and deck, couple inches of snow and works great. Again, for me, faster, easier and safer than using a shovel (just keep an eye on wind direction AND where the snow is getting tossed), and throws the snow a ways away. Battery, I used for 20 minutes or so continuously and still had charge left. Compared to shoveling, I am glad I got it; back saver and less stress on the body then lifting snow for sure.

I got this on sale as gift for someone else. I liked it enough to want to buy another one, but not at full price (see "˜con'), so I am waiting and hoping. The first use of this was on heavy snow that had fallen, but was not too deep, say about 2 inches. It had not been shoveled the first day, so it was a good test as it was not fluffy.
Pros:
It moved the snow
It did not throw it so far as to be annoying to the neighbors
The little snow adjuster flaps help, but it's really mostly the direction in which you use the tool and the wind that makes the most difference in direction
It was harder to assemble than I thought it would be, but since it only has one joint that must be connected it wasn't bad. The confusing part is that there does not seem to be a hole pre-drilled for you to finish tightening the assembly. But in the end it works as it self taps if you go ahead and tighten the assembly even though it doesn't appear that should actually work. Since that part wasn't intuitive, it caused some confusion.

Stalls whenever it hits a patch of snow that it deems heavy
It cleared the test area but had to restart it every couple of mins. It's easy to restart - just press the button - but it is frustrating and unexpected as only the shovel knows when a patch of snow feels different than the snow it just moved
In the end, it's worth it. Nice to have for lighter snow when you don't wanna pull out the full-size blower.

Update to initial review: I have changed from 3 to 4 stars based on their awesome customer service. After returning the product for a full refund, Voltask reached out to me offering a new upgraded version free of charge. However it was not available after I accepted their offer. So they offered me the corded snow blower 20inch as a replacement. I received today but can't honestly review it until we have snow to use it.

I returned this product simply because it does not work if the snow is the slightest bit heavy (wet). I have a 30 yr old corded one that works much better than this. Snow was 4" and it was a struggle to get one pass through. Did not blow snow at all. Just kept packing it even when I tried just taking off a small top layer. In addition, it's heavy to use. Not a clue as to how they got it to work so well in the video.
