I purchased this because of the 2 paddles and the fairly low price point. It has a lot of settings. I've used it to make bread dough and cookie dough, and it worked for both.
The pan is thin and flimsy, and it is difficult to put the baking pan into the machine. If money is no issue, I recommend buying a Zojirushi bread machine. That's what I plan to do in the future.

Insufficient and incorrect manual book

I received the bread maker yesterday, and began to read manual. There are some incorrect spelling, and recipe is really incomplete. In the recipe, what does spoon mean? Is it tea spoon or table spoon? Another terrible measurement is 'scoop'. In the beginning of the manual, there were measurement; cup, teaspoon(tsp) and table spoon(tbsp). There was no mention about 'scoop'. I may not use the recipe, because I have my own recipe book. But the manual, recipe is too incomplete, and wrong.
