I rarely write product reviews, but making an exception because I absolutely love this fountain! I have had several over the years and this is by far the best. It is very sturdy and well-made, all in one piece, which is nice, no possibility of any leaking. The attention to detail with the design on the exterior, along with different colors on the background is really nice. The pictures don't do it justice. I love the lights, perfect mood lighting for a living room evening, and the lights also bounce off the wall for an added bonus. I love the three different levels, I love the way it trickles down the front and the sound it makes. There's just not one thing I don't like about this fountain. If a large fountain is what you're looking for, I highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed. and super easy to put together. ðŸ’'

Update: After posting my review (shown below), their customer service team reached out to me and made it super easy to resolve the issues I had. It is easy to understand that sometimes things can happen, and I'm so glad I gave them a second chance because they definitely made it right! They were great to work with, and I WOULD recommend them because of it!

Item arrived on time and looks great. Ordered in April 2023. At first, the water flow was stronger than expected and caused tiny splashes onto the ground, which didn't bother me since it was on my patio. The sound was super quiet and I could barely hear it from 6 feet away, which was a little disappointing since I had been hoping to be able to hear the relaxing "babbling" of the water, but others may appreciate that. Unfortunately, within a month, the water flow decreased significantly and the tallest section quit working. About a month later the middle section's water flow dropped to barely a trickle. Then, just a couple days ago (end of June) the middle section quit working and the bottom section is barely a trickle. I have emptied and refilled it, cleaned the pump, used the recommended water fountain cleaner, but no improvement. Since I didn't get more than a couple months use out of it, I would NOT recommend it to anyone, which is too bad because it really looks great.
