I like this sturdy inversion table. It feels secure when I'm on it. The assembly instructions were easy enough for one person to complete in roughly an hour. The foot/ankle lock it different from my previous simplified Innova.

This table arrived in a short time. Setup was a bit involved, but not difficult. components are of a good quality and the table is very stable. Spending 10 minutes on a lower inversion setting gives great relief for lower back pain. This extends time between chiropractor visits, since I can loosen up my back and let it settle into a proper orientation in a few minutes. The massage pad is the real trick for that!
When it first arrived, the neck pad did not work properly. Contacted the manufacturer and a replacement was received within 2 days. Everything works properly now and I am very pleased with this.
The only slight issue is that the massage pad is a bit thick and can get scooted into a slightly uncomfortable position and take a bit to get it settled right. The cord for the massage pad could stand to be a little longer.
Just minor annoyances, I really like this product,
