while these are the best tasting keto rolls i have had, they still are very dry. i microwave bun for 15 seconds, slice in half and spray with water. then i add whatever to make the desired sandwich. the hamburger buns are the same and the bagels. there is no FREE shipping. the $12 shipping is included in the price. i think the shipping is outrageous...........but i want bread. if you wanr keto bread, i believe this is the best option. ps the breads are awful, imo.
