We've had ours a little over a month and used it several times, mostly for short distances and carrying two paddle boards. Today I used it to carry one paddle board for an approximately 30 minute drive at highway speeds (I kept it to 65 mph). It was a bit nerve wracking (the board will move around quite a bit), but I think if you cinch the straps as tight as you can, this thing will transport your paddle boards even at highway speeds. (NOTE: I will try to remember to update this when/if I ever carry two paddle boards at highway speeds.)

Super easy to put on and as long as you cinch it tight enough your board feels very secure. The silicone around the buckles is a nice touch when you're putting it on by yourself and need to toss a buckle to the other side of your roof. It's easy to figure out, but I do wish they would have explained how to open the buckle thing (pull back on the top). A quick internet search helped me figure it out.
