Received my glasses a few days ago, some of them were cracked. However, there was a very nice note in the glassware box from the company who makes them. So i reached out to them via email inquiring about a possible replacement or a refund. They responded to me within hours! Very nice, very friendly. They apologized about the condition the glasses were in when i received it, and offered a full replacement set for free. Definitely appreciate that. The glassware really is gorgeous.
