Very simple to install. Picture and sound quality are good. There were diagonal rolling wave lines of distortion in the picture when I first installed it. I switched the settings from channel 4 to channel 3, re-tightened the connectors and it cleared the image up. Very satisfied. This is the exact same model as the other listing for $10 cheaper then the one selling for $28. Thumbs up.

I got this because my replacement fios cable box has no channel 3 output.
This device properly converts yellow, red, and white outputs to a solid, clean channel 3 signal that can connect via f-connector coax cable to my remotely located TV.
