Unfortunately, I couldn't get the tray to stay in place to hold the shape blocks, and the black coloring on the top of the xylophone stick colored areas of the walker black. Now it looks like it was colored on with crayon. Kids don't care though!

I ran my stopwatch to see how long this would take to put together and it was just under 12 minutes with the "help" of my toddler.

The design and activities are lovely! Super easy, minimal assembly. Wheels do not actually turn, and we got this for him to practice walking. He can't walk with it, but he loves to sit and play!
