These nuts and seeds are pretty tasty, but it seems like they're not exclusively sourced from Salem, Oregon. On the back package at the end of the list of ingredients, it says "product of the USA and Bulgaria." Food labeling is sometimes very vague, but it makes me suspect some of the ingredients are probably not from a farm-to-table organization in Oregon. Some clarification on the issue would be nice.

I take a salad to work 5 days a week, and no matter what different fruits and veggies I toss in there I always want a little crunch. I bought various little bags of salad crunchies at the grocery store, but they are expensive and usually have a lot of additives, salt and/or sugar. And why am I eating salads anyways? Cuz they're healthy, of course. I was a little nervous when I saw how big the bag was because I have had nuts and seeds go rancid. This product is delicious and fresh.
