This thermometer is lightweight and easy to use. It fits comfortably in my hand, and the temperature appears in large, easy to read numbers displayed in black against a green LED background. The thermometer runs on two AAA batteries, which are included and already installed but it's a good idea to keep replacement batteries on hand so they're readily available. I am very happy with my thermometer.
