The instructions manual is poor and does not explains how each command works. I didn't test the equipment in a gig yet but it sounds perfectly in my home studio.

SET-UP/ASSEMBLY: 3*
+ It was quick and easy to set up. Plug it in and you're ready to attach your input and output.
- I'm a total noob and without instructions in English, it took quite a bit of fiddling around to fine tune it.

CONSTRUCTION/QUALITY: 4*
+ This unit is pretty small.
+ It feels well constructed.
+ The knobs turn smoothly and don't make any sound.
+ The LED lights light up to show you what's going on.
- The power cord is really really short, so I had to use an extension.

FUNCTIONALITY: 4.5*
+ For such a small unit, it does a lot.
+ It has a USB connection to connect a computer/tablet/phone.
+ It has bluetooth so connecting a computer/phone becomes even easier.
+ I just use this for karaoke to connect my two different mic sets, but it has a lot of options outside of this that I haven't explored. You can definitely do way more than just karaoke with this.

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: 5*
+ This has worked perfectly for the one simple function I wanted it to serve, karaoke. Being a total noob to anything like this, I wouldn't even know where to start to use it as anything else.

Right fit to my stereo

My Mom loves to sing Karaoke online (Singsnap) and this little mixer does the trick. Perfect balance for some echo mixed in, it just sounds great. It does not take up a lot of space either. We did not use the USB portion because of the lag time, so just use it as a pass though mixer so we can add the Microphone to the backtrack and send it back to the PC. So Backtrack from PC to one input, Mic to the other input, output goes back to the PC microphone in, and the the audio out goes to the speakers for monitoring. Works great!
