Love the thick velcro strap that secures the belt before a lift. Belt thickness is ideal to provide support through the core for olympic lifts and powerlifting (Squats/Deadlifts/Cleans/Snatches)
The belt secures through a textured bar that can sometimes be a little tricky to release after a lift - but better to be more secure than to have the belt slip too easily.
All in all, this is a great belt for the money - good support, comfortable, and durably built.

Incorrect Size Chart but Nice Belt

I ordered a medium weight lifting belt since I'm at around 35 but the Medium did not fit. It was not even close. My wife and son who are 27 & 28 inch, the medium belt fit perfectly. The belt has a label stating M. Besides this flaw the belt is lightweight, compact and sturdy. The auto locking roller are made of plastic & metal and are easy to loop and setup. It is made of quality materials - very strong. The belt is only as good as the sizing chart. If it does not fit it does not work no matter how well it is made! If you order this product and you are at the upper end of the limit in the sizing chart better order the next size up or you will be disappointed.
