I love this massager. I recently had knee surgery and was suffering from a lot of swelling. This massager relieved my discomfort and reduced the swelling. After a few months of use, the handheld control malfunctioned, but I called Slothmore Support and they replaced the unit immediately. Wonderful customer service and product. I would absolutely recommend.

They were hard to put on by yourself especially if you have limited mobility but they do work extremely well and they are very well made. I've only used them twice and if you don't have someone else to help get them on you correctly then these aren't for you and they are very intense however they got my blood flowing and blood circulation back to normal the first time I used it and also brought the swelling down. They offer you to be able to return them even though Amazon says they won't ! I'm impressed with a company that stands behind they're product even when Amazon won't !! These things are a must have as you get older if not for yourself for family or friends. The price is right and just as good as the more expensive ones.

The cords kept disconnectingfrom each other. I had it less than 48 hours.
It was a birthday present to myself and I REALLY wanted to like it.
Update 3-7-2023:
So the company sent me some zip ones rather than Velcro ones.
The good:
1. The cord stays put.
2. It takes very little intensity to create the air compression needed.
3. The heat gets really nice and goodly hot
4. They're definitely a hell of a lot easier to get on in the velcro ones.
5. They do fit me really well. But I'm also a 4 ft 10 female.
The less than good:
1. Like I said I'm 4'10. So if they fit me really well. But I don't think that they would fit someone who's like 6 ft or so. Because even with the extra zippers to allow extra room, still very snug. Which I like but I'm also not 6 ft.
That's really the only negative that I have to say about it.
All in all I would recommend that the zipper ones to the velcro ones any day of the week

I got this for my parents. Not only does it serve them well - they love it and after each massager - it serves me as well. My parents notice that their legs are more comfortable compared to before the session. It uses air compression and heating, rather than other pressing or kneading methods. My mom, in particular, couldn't handle other massaging methods besides air compression, because others are too painful for her. This makes her feel comfortable going in, and she said she actually feels comfortable while in session. It's both firm and supportive. It has 10 airbags for each leg. It starts by squeezing your muscles and then deflates. It repeats inflating and deflating until the session ends. For the knee region, it has heat, there is no airbag there. It feels so good with the knee afterwards. The heat is also optional. This really helps with making sure blood circulation is done smoothly and well throughout both legs. I use it too and really enjoy it every time. It's non-invasive, not like Shiatsu or vibration or something with a hard ball. At 1st, i thought it would be non effective, but i was surprised that it works quite well in eliminating the aching in the legs after a long day standing at work. It's quiet too, so that helps with the relaxation. I have cold feet, so massaging my feet too helps warm my feet and makes me sleep better. My parents notice that as well. The adjustable velcro on each contraption is very well made. They are stitched into each piece so well that they will never come off. Max calves size is 21.6 inches, so it's good for any size. Thighs are up to 30.3 inches and feet are up to men's shoe size 14. Each session is programmed to last 20 mins. This is one convenient feature, I fell asleep one or twice while having this on. This feature of turning itself off automatically after 20 mins helps me feel safe. The material is tough and lightweight. Very easy to care for, a warm damp cloth would be good enough. It can be easily transported. I imagine when I go traveling this winter, I will definitely bring it with me. I am a happy customer!
