it's a gorgeous purse, and i'm writing my review after having it for 6 months. the zipper snags a little bit, which wasn't an issue for me. however one of the screws in the straps fell out which was disappointing! hopefully it's just a me problem and not a common issue! i do love my purse though, otherwise spacious and beautiful.
