Great style but packaging and powder coat substandard

After looking for a while for a contemporary fireplace tool set, I am quite happy with the looks of this set. It's a good size, and the black powder coat finish goes well with our decor.
Two complaints: On one side of the stand, the powder coat finish was flawed, but that's easy enough to deal with - just turn that side to the wall.
The other flaw was that the broom wasn't packed to be stationary, and the bristles were curved to one side. We worked on getting them straight, and they are acceptable , but it would have been so much better if it had been packed better.
For the price, we can live with slightly curved bristles.
