I'm not sure what I expected from a plastic dancing crab, but this thing is beyond annoying. Even my dog hates it and just barks at it (which is even more annoying). Maybe without the music it wouldn't be so bad, but as it is, we don't ever use it.

My one year old loves this thing. He will easily with it for 30 minutes which is an eternity for a toddler. This silly crab encouraged him to crawl, clap and dance. And now what he's walking, this crab cannot escape! Pretty well made and only broke when my kid threw him down a flight of stairs (he lost a claw). And although the music drives me bonkers (scotch tape over the speaker holes will tone it down) I had to order another one with overnight shipping because we couldn't risk a day without this dumb thing.

We got this for our 1 year old's birthday and it was the hit of the party. All the kids enjoyed chasing it around and it brought a lot of laughter to the adults. However in our household it is...loud. I wish you could turn the sound off but you can't and it's very loud and obnoxious. The cats love it. Overall the product itself is good quality and fun but it needs a better sound feature.
