I ordered both the Fruit and Vegetable because I saw it advertised on TV. I am not a big eater, so I thought that this would be idea for me. They are very easy to swallow and the taste is not bad at all. I recommend this product to anyone who is having trouble eating the necessary amount of fruits and vegetables daily. The bottle tells you to take 3 a day, but you can start off in small amounts if needed. Very good Buy.

I saw multiple commercials about another brand of supplement and was curious to see if they really made a difference. But when I looked at the price of the BoN brand, I decided I wasn't that curious. It's a big investment. I searched Amazon and landed on the Superfood MD brand and gave it a shot.
I wanted to increase my intake of actual fruits & veggies so I decided to take 2 of each (instead of 3). I honestly didn't think I'd see a difference, but I documented each day. Around Day 8 I started to notice a difference in my energy level, especially after my work day, when I'm normally exhausted. And then I started to notice a slight improvement in sleep, which is a huge selling point for me.
