This doll is a lot bigger than I expected. My daughter is always trying to play with her older sisters Barbies so this is perfect. Only complaint I have is that the hair looks off like she's wearing a wig that doesn't fit right. Doubt my daughter will notice though. I love how big the accessories are however.

This Barbie is much easier for my three year old to handle. It has a soft touch body and has joints that move (even though the joints are not visible, just as the rubber Barbies from decades ago had). It is advertised to preschool aged children. My daughter is three and while this Barbie is definitely much easier to dress, the soft touch body almost makes the clothing stick to the skin, making it frustrating to put clothes on. However, it's still much easier to use than the regular Barbie
