Add a bit of soap and a bit of water. Pump briskly and you will get thick foam. It's trial and error till you master liquid vs. Bar soap amounts. Don't over think it, just remember it's a splash of water. If you want to get technical, I'd say it's an eyedropper full of water and half a pea size of bar soap.
