Very nice smart watch to give to a child to make them feel like a big girl/boy. They will enjoy it and have fun with their own little games while ridding in the back seat. I ordered one black kids smartwatch and one pink for my two oldest grandkids this Christmas. The package arrived in a timely manner. I opened them up to charge them and generally setting them both up. The black one never had the "lightening bolt" signaling the process of charging. I tried several different ways and positions as the chargers on these watches are very touchy. They simply sit on the charging poles and are liable to shift easily. I contacted Amazon chat and they just refunded the money. But now it's too late for me to shop to replace it for him.

This is late but felt the need to correct my original review nontheless.
Amazon had refunded my purchase immediately. A few days later the seller contacted me and apologized. They offered to send another watch and did so promptly. The watched arrived and worked beautifully! They were very kind and certainly did not have to send the replacement watch since i had been refunded and already purchased another. I will consider purchasing from them in the future!
