This is very good bread. I actually had a tomato sandwich and didnt get sleepy later, that is a plus. I think it taste great, I would not have known it was anything other than white bread from grocery store since each manufacturers bread taste a bit different. I sort of understand the high price, they are not Wonder or Arnolds who bake in volume but I wish the price was $7 a loaf to "subscribers." Yes there are people who will buy it but I find it hard to believe they will continue. Hero will rely on current people and the few old buyers who can afford it and other people like me who just heard about it but how long can they sustain at that price is questionable.Someone else will come on the market and take their place.Perhaps Hero bread was never their long term vision to try to keep existing customers. I will splurge and try the seeded. They have an excellent product but hopefully volume will go up and price comes down.The people who really need this kind of product obviously would have an issue $12-$15 a loaf..

Oros: While not as tasty as "regular" bread, its pretty good if you are committed to eating low carb. Large slices. Its such a joy to be able to each sandwiches and to have toast with my eggs in the morning.

I don't usually write reviews however I really like this product. Trying to live a low-carb lifestyle when you really like bread is hard. This is good! Yes, it is pricey but if you like bread that tastes good without the carbs this is your product! As much as I like white bread, their version of wheat with seeds is even better!
