I'm new to trail cameras. This is super easy to setup with the lcd screen. I think the images are pretty good. Can't speak to its battery life, I've had this running for 3 weeks and it's still at 100%. For $35 id definitely buy it again!

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the nigh pictures this camera takes. Also, the set of 4 regular batteries provides a week of work for this device. I left it in the woods for 8 days and was surprised that it was still working after I came back to pick it up. Motion sensor properly reacts to animals and birds and ignores the movements of the leaves, which saves battery life and helps to minimize false shots. I'm very satisfied and recommend this device.

I received the Mini Hawkray Hunting camera for Christmas and
unfortunately haven't had it out in the woods yet. However, I will
say that I am impressed with its small size and light weight. The low
weight comes due to the added benefit of only requiring 4 AA batteries
as opposed to the typical 8 batteries you see with most trail cameras.
The webbing strap it comes with seems sufficient, though I am a little
skeptical of the plastic clamping buckle. I live in an area where it
can get below freezing and I have had issues with plastic components
on cameras snapping in low temperatures. The camera also does not
have standard cable-lock loops, which is a negative if you are using
the camera low to the ground in public areas. It does, however, come
with more permanent metal screw on mount that even includes the
screws. There is also a small lock tab to prevent the camera from
being opened, but someone could still walk off with the whole camera
if not secured in some fashion.
It is nice that it comes with batteries, a 32 GB memory card, and a
USB cable in addition to all of the mounting options. This camera has
the most accessories of any trail camera I've ever owned.
The user manual is a little difficult to read and seems to suffer from
some translation errors, however the menu is clear and easy to
navigate, and the settings are easy to change and intuitive. There
are many setting options that pretty much allow you to customize it to
whatever suits your situation. Provided it has a decent trigger time
and doesn't have a ton of false triggers (which both remain to be
seen), this promises to be a good addition to the group of cameras I
already use.
