Powerful for a thermo-electric stove fan. Never going to be as effective as a plug-in fan, but worth it in my opinion because so much quieter and easier to "install."

We are using this fan on top of our kerosene heater to move the air around. It does work but it's very small so there's not a lot of air movement. Since we use the heater in only one 12X14 room we don't need a lot of air movement to keep everything evenly heated.
This fan saved us from having to buy a new fireplace.

The fan is working perfectly for what we needed it for. We are using it on a gas fireplace that the fan went out. It's quieter than the original fireplace fan yet still distributes the heat through the room.

I hardly ever write reviews, but this is one of the few I will take time for! We have 3 other fans from various sellers that all have 4 blades and all have given up and are now noisy due to the weak blades-Hence why I went with this one, as it has 5 blades and is smaller and very sturdy. It starts spinning within 30 seconds of being on the stove and runs so quiet I have to check to make sure it's still running!
I am buying another one for a back-up-also, it comes with a temp gauge that on its own is $10+
