The media could not be loaded. The handles in our previous faucet was malfunctioning, but I didn't want just any bathroom faucet. This faucet design is different and I really liked the idea of a waterfall faucet.
First impressions were a bit lackluster since there weren't many accessories. No additional adapters or tools. However, the instructions were actually helpful with diagrams and descriptions. Additionally, there is an installation video with the product description.
One important detail that is not in the description is the attachment size of the supply line. The size of the supply valve thread is 3/8 inches. My previous valve ended in a 1/2 inch thread and I couldn't find any adapters, so it was easier to just get a new brass supply valve in the matching size.
Installation is pretty straight forward, like I said. I did add some plumbers putty to the faucet base to ensure it was water tight. The y-shaped adapter hose was easy to install and angle. Pop up drain is also pretty easy to install. All the o-rings and washers come in their correct installation order and orientation.
The one issue I had with this product is the fact that there is always a little bit of water left on the faucet. I am sure that will stain the metal. The handles feel nice, but are not as premium feeling as my other faucet.
There isn't any way to control the amount of water flow. I do wish it output a bit more water. Flow rate is a bit slow. For washing hands it's fine. But for washing my face, I would like a bit more water.
Finally, I am unsure about its durability. I got mine in gold and it's quite pretty. But, like i said, the handles feeling a bit loose and the water stainability of the waterfall feature might be an issue in the future.
For now, I am quite pleased with this purchase.
