Really great protein dessert, wish the cost was a little better

For what this is supposed to be as a low carb high protein dessert, its an easy A-. You gotta throw these in a microwave for 45sec-1min so the icing melts and then it tastes like you're eating a slightly stale yet "normal" cinnamon bun. The protein you're getting is casein so don't be surprised if you have a slightly upset stomach after eating. I wish they had higher quality protein, but other than that my only gripe is the price being a little too high. But again for what this is supposed to be, it's an easy A- and i'd definitely recommend giving these a try if you've been hitting the gym but the only thing holding you from dropping that weight is the sweets.

This is one of those snacks that you really do need to heat to really enjoy the flavor. I've tried them hot and cold, and heating them makes a significant difference in the overall taste. Delicious, but not clean keto so be careful

These taste great! They are low in carbs which is helpful on keto. Unfortunately the second ingredient is a nebulous and undefined "LF Low Polyunsaturated Fat Oil". I assume that the initials "LF" means that it is their Legendary Foods proprietary blend, but in my opinion that seems shady. It could be that they are adding things like canola oil without having to name it in the ingredients. I try to stay away from Canola oil and other highly refined vegetable oils for the sake of my health, but I'm willing to have a little from time to time. If these people are using it they should own up to it rather than hiding it. --Aside from that the flavor is great and the carbs are low, so thats the gist.

These are pretty expensive, but delish. They are a very nice addition to a low carb lifestyle if you are tired of low carb granola and bacon and eggs in the morning. I heat them briefly in the microwave with a knob of grass-fed butter on top and eat mine with a fork. The cinnamon flavor is good, the frosting is nice, and the texture and flavor are pretty spot-on, with no protein powder texture or aftertaste. I will keep buying them, and will use them 2x week or so as a change from my typical low-carb breakfast. They would also be good as a meal bar replacement to switch things up a bit. Although spendy for the amount you receive, I would still recommend them.
