The perfect lasagna pan!

It's heavy! But that's one of the things I love about my new pans (I bought two). They are sturdy, come with carrying handles, and although they're ceramic, food doesn't stick to them. They are just perfect for my lasagna, baked ziti, green bean casserole, and so many other casseroles and Italian dishes.

I bought 4 baking dishes and they all have flawless quality. The glaze is absolutely perfect and also beautiful how the bottom is unglazed. Everything about these baking dishes is perfect. I am so blown away I am buying 4 mixing bowls to replace the all the unmatched pieces I've collected over the years.

This is a beautiful casserole dish! Heavy, sturdy, beautifully designed. My only gripe is that it's a 9 x 12", not a 9 x 13" as it's described. I think maybe because it's so deep (deeper than most 9 x 13s) they took an inch off so your recipes will work the same in it? I don't know. I guess you just need to be aware if you are using it for a cake... bake times may be different as the cake will be thicker. Overall, love this purchase, just wish the description had been accurate.
