I had a professional detailer apply CERAKOTE and Chemical guys WAC23316 Hydrospeed, half and half, on the trunk of my car a direct comparison. While the CERAKOTE was very good, this spray from Chemical Guys was slightly (noticeably) better. The difference is not significant and you wont notice it unless you compare both on the same surface, simultaneously.
Now, I wait to see which will stay on longer.

The paint on the car is discoloring in certain places and becoming dull. I applied this and the car has a shine much like above pic.
It was an easy to apply product as it is a mist.
And the 2 provided cloths ensured I didn't have to go hunting for extra stuff to apply the sealant.
Just hope it stops the paint degradation. The info implies this sealant will stay for months. Not sure how many months, but will keep an eye on it. Overall an easy product to apply.

Cerakote is easy to use just spray and immediately wipe. This is different from every other ceramic shine product which require a waiting period of 1 or 2 minutes before wiping.. it leads me to wonder how long Cerakote lasts compared to other products. However i wa very impressed by the obtained shine and slickness which i found better than other competitors.
Having said the above it is absolutely necessary to preclean ahd use either a clay bar or preferably a synthetic clay bar treatment for absolute best results

This seems to be a great product. While I can't yet speak about how well it lasts given that I just used it for the first time, I can state that it's really, really easy to apply and doesn't streak. The finish on my car is much smoother and very shiny.
This product should not be confused with products that restore a shine to previously weathered paint. It is a protective coating for paint that's in good shape and well maintained.

Have to admit I was a bit skeptical about this product, but as my longtime paste wax company has pretty much gone out of business, I decided to give this a try. Amazingly, it works as advertised, and my 11 yr old Jeep, looks better than when new!! Will buy a few more of these before they are gone, which usually happens when you found something new that works well.
