Takes a lot of dedication to learn. I weigh about 280 pounds and I spent 3 days and about 6 hours of hopping on and off before I was able to stay upright. Now I'm taking sporadic trips to Walmart for oat Milk as an excuse to ride it.

Bought this originally 6-7 months ago and within 5-6 months of regular urban riding with under 1600 miles, the frame started breaking, foot pedal broke off and battery became damaged and unusable... needed to contact Inmotion several times and finally was able to exchange my broken v12HT for a new replacement that works great so far. Got it yesterday delivered to my door and rode 23 miles in Holywood, Los Angeles in 3 hours, max speed 33mph. Loved it. Thanks again for the good customer service. 👠👠ðŸ‘

Id like to start off by saying one of my hobbies is riding PEVs (Personal electric vehicles), especially those that can go off-roading. I have a Varla Eagle one Electric scooter, which i prefer for long distances, and my AE Board GTR for off-Roading and when i feel like surfing the streets. This Immotion V12 HT is a different breed. I'm somewhat skilled at riding most things, but EUCs are very hard to learn. Took me hours to learn to just go straight and 4x longer to get my turning down. I have put on about 50 miles so far and feel like its enough to write a review. I love the fact that i can cruse around with music bumping near my feet. It's a clear crisp sound so it doesn't need to loud to hear everything. With this i like to challenge myself and jump off curbs and zig zag through park trails that require a lot of turning. The quality is great, and its a blast to go joy riding with. The lights on it is nice and bright. Foot fatigue is huge with this. still i cannot go 10-15minutes without need to stop and relax my feet and this is with the upgrade honeycomb foot peddles that's recommended for lowing foot fatigue. Im assuming that im working muscles that i haven't had to use on any of my previous PEVs. My hamstrings are also sore from riding, and developed bruises around my calve area. BUT I've also been challenging myself and placing myself outside of my comfort zone to get better faster. If you are thinking on purchasing one of these, you have the funds to splurge, AND you have the mental discipline to keep practicing even if its difficult, i highly recommend this product. The only flaw i have is that there is no instructions on how to deal with Calibrations or what to do when it fails. Normally on all my other PEVs, they come with a booklet with detail instructions, maintenance, specs esc. This came with NOTHING but a diagram of exterior components and an instruction to download the app. Overall id give it 4.5/5.

UPDATE: Because of the Immotion V12 HT, I haven't touched either of my other vehicles. I don't like Off Roading on the V12 HT, maybe its because there is no suspension. When it comes to the streets its like your are flying. Its so much fun That i prefer it for both long distance travels and just develop my skills running around the city. I've only had it for a few months and I've put on about 250 miles on it so far. Its very hard to learn, but with enough practice, it will feel like an extension of yourself. I recommend Power pads and and Honeycomb pedals. Foot fatigue is REAL once you are learning. With time, your feet will learn to relax as you ride. If you have the funds and you enjoy adult toys like this, GET IT! Nothing is better than bumping your music as your cruising up and down a mountain enjoying the view.

this thing is a beast. if you've had an euc before and are looking for an upgrade then this guy is for you.
it is so fast it's scary. it weighs a ton so if you're small then it's probably not a good option. BUT if you need a tank that will go forever through anything then buy this.

I was finally able to get a few miles on the V12 today. I dropped the hangers to the lowest position. Watch out with the bolts, get a nice long hex tool before you try. Lowest setting for me was not good. Too top heavy. The highest setting felt too high. Went middle and that did the trick. So many settings in the app. It is a bit overwhelming to find the right set up. But way awesome when you finally dial it in. I was concerned with the battery meter. % Drops like a rock, then when you power down and back up it seems to improve. IDK After 16 miles hit about 90%. Wheel is very smooth, too smooth, make sure to set the top speed warnings. You get there quick. Learning curve took a couple hours coming from another wheel. No issues with the wheel so far. Hope it stays that way! Peace
