Customer service for Mideer was fantastic and on point. Shortly after I left my original review they contacted me to send a new set of these magnets. The new set was an improvement. Still a few bent magnets but easily flexed into proper form to stay on the fridge, unlike the first. My daughter still loves them and it's a great way for us to practice number and letters!! Thank you mideer!

These are really cute and my daughter loves them. However, many of the letters came bent and are unable to stick on the fridge. Some are even heavy and slide down the fridge. It could just be our make of Fridge but just something to be cautious about. I'm in the midst i'm flatting the bent pieces and also going to try other surfaces so I may come back and edit this review.
