So, this is not for horses, and you can stop reading here if you are looking for a review about horses.
This whip and crop are fantastic for "adult activities". The whip's straps feel like real leather. I have a smaller, one that came in a beginner bondage set that I've been using with my new husband for sensation play. I thought they would all be the same, but I was definitely wrong.
The straps or "'fronds" as the description says feel like real leather and suede both by the weight of them and their feel on the skin. They can give a good sting with a practiced hand, or a heavier hand of the inexperienced. The sensation of brushing them across the skin has a definite light almost feathery feel to them. The crop isn't something I've used before, but it is definitely easy to get the right "thwap" for the light sting we prefer. I am really looking forward to using these more than any other adult "tools" I have in my garter belt.
I can't speak for longevity of the product as I've not had it long, I will update if it fails.
Disclosure: While I did receive it for free in return for an honest opinion in the Vine Voice program, I would purchase it, and I recommend it as a nice little addition to your toy box for driving you and your partner crazy. I stand by this experience/opinion as true for me.

As expected these are entry level toys and won't impress anyone who has been playing for a while, but they haven't broken yet or were falling apart right out of the box. which can often happen with these kind of toys. But considering that one can easily drop over $100 bucks on a flogger this might be a good choice for someone who is just experimenting and trying new things
