Works flawlessly, way better than I expected.
Nice helmet

Nice helmet! My husband likes the majority of the functions and how light it was to wear. He says it is a good starter helmet and he found what he likes and dislikes from wearing it while riding so he can make a decision on more expensive helmets now because of it
Beats a $$$ Harley Helmet
Wilcher✓ Verified Purchase•September 19, 2023
Bought my first bike this year, a Harley - went for style over function and bought a half helm from the Harley store to go with it. $300 later, the chin strap attachment I had to get (I sucked at the ring-tying) sucks hard - I'm getting bugs lodged in my ears (I ride a lot in country fields), and I'm clinically deaf from the wind after a short 45-minute ride.
Sizing Chart:
The sizing chart is pretty accurate, I have a big head (lot of hot air in there I guess) and where I thought going a size up was going to be roomy it's actually quite snug but still comfortable.
Chin Strap:
Kicks the crap out of both the default ring on the Harley helmet as well as the additional clip I had to buy. You "un-snap" your chin strap similar to Ski boots...just lift and pull. Where the Harley Helmet moves a bunch when I'm over 50 mph, this helm stays put.
Padding:
Extremely comfortable - the snug fit makes it kinda tricky putting my glasses on after I put the helmet on, with an upside that the padding holds my glasses in place so there's no "nose sliding" as I look around. The padding is a little bit tight on my ears - but this helps for a more quiet ride.
Visors:
Clear visor is indeed super easy to remove. Tinted visor is a snug fit when down, very little if any air coming in under the visor. My only complaint here is that the sun glare can make visuals opaque - this is the only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 on comfort. Bear in mind - this is sun in the face at 6:00pm, midday it's good.
Chin Guard:
TONS of air flow coming in through the chin guard - literally feel the air moving to the back and around my head.
At a price of $70 - you seriously can't go wrong with this helm. Love the design too - went with the green one, wouldn't go back.

Convenient double visor
Miguel✓ Verified Purchase•September 9, 2023
This helmet is very versatile. It comes with a full face cover that is removable if you want to. It comes with a double visor as well, one outer clear one and a tinted inner one. It eliminates the need for sunglasses. It doesn't feel too heavy and can easily turn your head to check lanes before merging. It looks great with its flat matte black finish. One of the cool things to me was that when I initially saw it, It reminded me of one of the Star Wars Empire Tie-fighter helmets. It's similar in shape. And then on the side of the visors it has what looks very much like the Empire's Cog symbol.
Great lightweight 3/4 helmet with extras
Camper-Alex✓ Verified Purchase•August 31, 2023
I purchased this helmet (white, size medium) because of two important features: the clear full-face shield and the retractable internal sun visor. The quick-release adjustable strap buckle, fully removable, washable, replaceable high-density foam inner padding, and detachable chin guard are added bonuses. The helmet is a snug, yet comfortable fit, and its lightweight makes wearing the helmet for long rides enjoyable. When the weather becomes colder, installing the detachable chin guard helps keep my face warm. The price point with these features and being DOT-certified makes this helmet an excellent choice for anyone.
