I got this as a Christmas gift. I do not know how it worked out for them. They like crystals/gemstones and making their own jewelry and figurines/statues using gem chips, so I figured this was a perfect gift. This Hapinest gemstone jewelry designer kit is fun and simple to work with. Instructions are complete and easy to follow. The small pliers and ring measuring tools make it simple to create a ring or earrings. I made a ring that turned out fairly well. The stones were different sizes and shapes and lovely colors. None of them were completely round to where you could created and round little ring as shown in the instructions. There were a few stones that did not have a drilled hole. Good set and I think children and teens would enjoy this kit.
