There's nothing much to complain about with this adapter. Picture and audio quality is fine, there isn't much in the way of input latency I couldn't just as easily blame on the display. The price is definitely nice, but I think that's because it requires external power.
Most modern TV's have an inbuilt USB port that should supply plenty, and if yours doesn't the requirement is low enough any cheapo wall wart or the like should do the job.
