I'm only giving 4 stars because when you rip the page out the front and back picture/letter doesn't match so it's confusing for my daycare kids when I hand them a single sheet and they say "J for kite!" Lol its fine for their scribble coloring anyways.

My 4-year-old nephew has a hard time with the typical ABC tracing books. I don't think he has fully developed the hand muscles that would allow him to write without pain. I was glad to come across this product that reinforces the essential sounds of the alphabet with clear pictures. The large, single letter and coloring book format takes the pressure off of him to write letters. He sometimes chooses to color the letters and sometimes will try to trace them. The simple graphics are enjoyable to color, too.
I wish I came across this product sooner! It's a great resource for using coloring to build early literacy!
