Good product- hard to follow instructions

Product works great and fit our air conditioner. Had to look it up on YouTube how to install because the instructions weren't really clear but once we figured it out it's working great.

When the wings on my 5000 btu window unit disintegrated I went to the manufacturer's website to get replacements. !!!!They wanted almost as much as a new AC unit. Came across these and with little hope they would work I reluctantly ordered them. To my surprise, with a few minutes of alteration, they fit perfectly.
good value

Does it's job
Will need to fill in the gaps.

Buy according to the height of your unit, not square ft./BTU rating. It will adjust for width but not height. Buy foam strips separately to fill in the gaps. Also, the "top/bottom mounting rails" pictured, are not included.
