During heavy rain, the discharge from my second floor downspout would overshoot my first floor gutter and drench the ground at one corner of my foundation. This elbow redirects this water completely into the first floor gutter, keeping the ground next to my foundation from becoming saturated.

This VYH downspout is well made, good finish with no flaws. It's comparable to what you could buy locally, but sometimes you just can't get out and this can arrive just as quickly.

This is a well made gutter-elbow. Lightweight metal and easy to use, fit perfectly on our downspout. Very effective and very affordable

I received exactly what was claimed in the product description. It was simply packaged in multiple layers of plastic, shipped (fortunately) in a box. It arrived undamaged, and fit onto my existing downspout just fine, with a little hand manipulation of the interfaces. It is very convenient to have it shipped; and if you are looking for a specific and somewhat less common configuration this may be your best bet. In my case, I ordered a less common size (3x4) and a less common style (the B-elbow, which turns to the side), and a less common bend angle (a 90-degree bend rather that the more common 75-degree bend). With that set of specifics, you may not find that configuration stocked in a big box store at all, even in their on-line departments. For more common configurations you will find more economical solutions elsewhere, but I'll pay extra to get an easy delivery of the odd-ball solution like the one I ordered. A little pricey, but still very happy!
