I live in an area far from anywhere warm enough to get truly fresh citrus. I've become accustomed to supermarket citrus fruits, in fact I'm glad to have them. But the difference between supermarket lemons and these is miles apart. MILES. To use supermarket lemons for a drink garnish, zest, even a pitcher of lemonade is more than fine. But for baking, cooking, ices, sorbets.... anything needing a full, sunny, lemony "punch", these are now my go-to. I used my first order for a limoncello sorbet for an Italian dinner. I spent all day making homemade pasta, sauces, bread, marinating and grilling vegetables, and all anyone talked about was the sorbet! Now that could be due to either my poor cooking, OR to the wonderful flavor of these lemons, and I'm going with option 2! LOL!! Ordering more right now just to make more sorbet with to keep sealed and frozen. Winter is coming, and a shot of summer lemon ice on a cold winter day may be just what the Dr. ordered.

Didn't receive one bad lemon, arrived fast, and they are great organic lemons.

I was having a hard time finding organic lemons locally. I found the lemons from Zava Ranch and it was the perfect purchase for my project. I've already used them to make two batches of Limoncello! If my recipe works out, I'll be back to order more.

These lemons are worth the buy, they came on time, fresh and taste amazing. Totally recommend and will be buying again.
