I have been snoring for as long as I can remember. I discovered that the reason that I snore is because of my overbite, which is exaggerated while lying flat. I realized that my jaw falls backward and that causes my airway to narrow (I'm not overweight), leading to snoring and difficulty breathing at night. I came to Amazon to find a device like this, and this thing delivered 100%. According to my wife I no longer snore (none, not at all, not even a peep) and I wake up in the mornings feeling much better rested. I no longer wake myself, my wife, or anyone else who may be in the room, from my snoring.

The bite guard itself lasted me around 6 months. I think I grind my teeth at night (which this also helps with), which caused it to wear down over time, which is not surprising. The second it stopped working I bought another one. I may as well set up auto shipments for this every 6 months because I plan on using this for the rest of my life.

If you struggle with snoring and think it might be for the reasons I have described, I urge you to give this a try. It's a little bit uncomfortable at first but once you get used to it it will change your life. And it is so much easier than getting a CPAP, which I'm not even sure would help in my situation.

This is the best over-the-counter anti-snore/sleep apnea oral appliance I have found. I've tried 2 others online and sent them back after less than a week. I originally had an oral appliance created for me by a sleep medicine dentist that lasted about 4 years, but it cost me around $3,000. When that failed, I went to another sleep medicine dentist (because the first had closed during covid) and the cost was going to be closer to $4,500. Since I knew how it was supposed to fit/perform, I decided to try some online ones. The other ones I tried did a terrible job of holding my teeth in place so they were ineffective. This one fit amazing, and I was easily able to adjust the position similar to the bands in my professionally-fitted one. The downside of this one is that it only lasted 3 months before the lower soft insert came out. I ordered a replacement at that time, but I was still able to continue using it for another 2 months before one of the band attachment parts broke. So, in all it made it 5 months for my $80. I just set-up my replacement so we'll see how long it lasts. So, I give it 5 stars for all of the features it lists, but take off a star for durability. Still - a really great product!

It works about 70% to 80%, for me. I use a snore app and it shows a reduction from 40% without using it, to about 10% using it. Its not perfect and hard to get started putting it together but at least it works! The device isn't huge, I can almost close my mouth wearing it (less drooling). The price is a bit too high for a plastic piece. If I find something for a lower price maybe I would buy several so I dont have to disinfect it every night. I recommend trying it.

I was hesitant at first to purchase this because the price was higher than most other products on the market, but this solved a bit of my snoring and sleep apnea. Before, my partner constantly complained about how loud my snoring was- to the point where they had to sleep on the couch. I also suffer from sleep apnea, where I'd wake myself up from not breathing and gasping for air. I tried many nights not to sleep before my partner so they can sleep better, but that put a strain on my sleep schedule.

After using this mouthpiece my sleep has been way better. I don't wake up gasping for air and my partner has noticed my snoring has gotten better. The snoring isn't completely gone- there's some soft snoring on rare nights but they said it's a lot better and manageable. There is a slight discomfort from my teeth every morning but it goes any after 10-15 mins. I figure this would happen since it basically holds your jaw in place by your teeth.

Overall it's great! It's definitely something I would recommend it to anyone suffering from snoring and/or sleep apnea.

I didn't give this a 5 star review really only because of one issue I am having. Let me provide the good first: It works. It has adjustable jaw shift inserts so you can customize its degree of jaw correction. And the part I really liked is I can open my mouth to cough for example without taking the device out. so if you can find your sweet spot without protruding your jaw too much, the "discomfort" factor is minor. For me its more like a very mild jaw fatigue, but not pain. No snoring at all and I used the "3" correction insert. Molds well to the teeth and I have found it stays in place, especially if I can keep my mouth shut. I'm not to the point yet that I have adjusted to it 100%, I have had it only a few days, but it does work and I beleive I will get there. My biggest negative and it is what is effecting my sleep is my mouth dries out because to the point that my lips stay closed as I relax. The device is not large but its large enough in my mouth that it does not allow me to close my mouth easily and for it to stay closed. This is more of an irritant than anything else. Not a huge deal really from a sleep perspective but my mouth gets so dry.......it wakes me up. If it wasn't for this, I'd give it 5 stars, as I was honestly pleasantly surprised how comfortable it is and how effective it is. I had a professional appliance like this 15 years ago, this is far, far more comfortable and effective as I couldn't keep that other one in..... If I could just solve the issue of how to keep my lips shut....
