I used these for some ceiling, drywall, insulation cleanout - and they worked good. The fit is ok, I'm a larger guy, and the arms and shoulders are a bit snug, and like hospital gowns, there is just enough material in back to meet, so the back was kinda open. To work around that, I wore 2 of them, one backwards, open in front and 1 open in back. Both of them tied, so there really wasn't any gap and voila, just about sealed in place. The arms have smallish elastic cuffs so it provides a really good closure. Similar, the neck opening was a bit smaller than normal clothes, so it provided a better enclosure around the neck too.
