I'm a big fan of Nextorch gear. Love their flashlights. This thing is of good quality, and you can tell there was a lot of thought put into the features. My only gripes are that it's a little too high profile. I got it to replace a cheezy cuff holster that only has a belt loop. It's MUCH nicer than my old one, but it sticks out twice as far. It will also only fit full-size cuffs comfortably. My more compact ones don't quite sit right. This won't be a problem for most professionals, but something to throw out there, in case you have unorthodox uses for it. Other than that, it's a great sheath. I'd just like to see it slim down a little, and be a little more versatile as far as cuff size goes.

A lot of these holsters can't be clipped onto your duty belt and this product has solved that problem. You can place anywhere you desire without taking anything off your belt. It doesn't feel as if it is adding any more weight, its light and can be adjusted to pull cuff vertical and horizontal.

The belt attachment part is slick in that it is adjustable up and down, depending on the size of your belt and how low/high you want it to sit. It also has MOLLE. The velcro tab to release the snap retention is findable without looking (rear belt mount) but I'm not sure I could do it quickly with gloves. I think I would let the velcro part hang loose and rely on the snap for retention.
