This cover should last a few years as long as it's left alone while on the a/c. Measure kiddie-corner and if the tape says 28", that's the size to order. The bungee cords are easy to adjust. Air circulation is not compromised with this cover.

We have been recommended that this is the best type of A/C cover to use during the months this system is not in use. This cover allows the sides of the A/C unit to have air movement to prevent moisture buildup inside the unit while also preventing leaves and debris from getting into the unit from the top. Easy to install, and sturdy material.

I will say I am somewhat satisfied with my purchase, however, as for securing it your ads were somewhat misleading. Nothing was mentioned that I had or would need to double tie the expansions prior to securing over my outside A/C unit. I did and have little concern about the wind, rain, or other elements getting into my unit. As for recommending I hope this review is seen first. "One must tie knots in the securing ties for the covers to stay tight". Otherwise, it's OK to purchase.
