This cookie press kit didn't come with instructions so it's a bit of a trial and error.
You load the dough gun as if you would load a caulk gun. Press down on the top silver button and pull the rod back. Remove all attachments from the gun opening and start filling it with dough. Select a disc design, place it on top of the opening and screw the red cover over it to hold everything in place.
Now you can squeeze the lever and it will take some practice to get the cookie to look right. It's easy to use once you figured it out.
