However every time your Fresh department delivers my orders they are totally melted and I put them in the freezer and the freeze up I. Just lumps or odd shapes surely you must be able to know how to transport ice cream w/out this happening if not you need to get it ASAP it's really annoying

I Love these, the flavor is wonderful. They are simple and easy. They are not messy and they're single serving with little or no muss or fuss at all. They are my favorite ice cream treat and I highly recommend them.
I do have one suggestion, they used to always be in a box with separate little compartments for East, each little Jasso, and that kept them safe from being crushed even when they melted And in transit in hot weather, they do melt. They always used to come in a box which protected them. They have recently started coming in a bag and when I order them online and have them shipped to me, they melt in the bag, they're easily damaged and squished so that does make them a bit messy, they're still good but it's not my favorite when they come broken and messy so keeping them in a box, especially when they're being shipped is an excellent idea and I would appreciate it so very much. The hot weather causes them to melt, and if they were in a box instead of a bag that would resolve the squishing problem as they melt.

These tasty little treats are the greatest dessert invention in the last 10 years! Made of Greek yogurt and dark chocolate, only 35 calories a bite, they are the perfect bit of sweet after any meal.
I was very surprised how satisfying this was and it has helped me lose weight if I don't crave More sweets after eating one of these. They are surprisingly large, like the size of a bonbon.
The only downfall is they often come a bit melted at delivery, but that doesn't make them any less delicious!
