Very nice chandlier for the price but need to do a better job with there wiring. I had one light that did not light up. Had to have electrican fix it. He unscrewed the bottom plate and found that the wire for this one light had not been connected. I had to pay electrican to fix manufactures error.

Rarely - if ever - write reviews. Product was easy to assemble, included quality parts for installation, easy to read instructions and clearly marked wires. Total time from box open to installed and on was about 90 minutes (first time light install too).
Upon install the circle structure was hanging about 3 degrees off level, very noticeable, despite the vertical shaft hanging perfectly plumb. Emailed the manufacturer with the problem and pictures, they responded within 12 hours with two detailed potential repairs, both with pictures and arrows. Took 5 minutes to tighten a bolt in the bottom housing chamber, and bam! The fixture hangs level and looks gorgeous.
Might seem an odd rating - 4 stars because it should have come properly constructed, but its 6 star customer service and easily a 5 star product had it come properly put together.
Can confirm; Will elevate your room and make you feel two levels fancier than you actually are.
