The Best Digital Blood Pressure Monitor Ever

The 100% accurate method for blood pressure results is by using a manual monitor, but a lot of people don't know how to check their own BP this way. I've been a healthcare professional most of my adult life, so I do know how. My BP started getting really high at the end of 2022, so when I checked it with my manual cuff, the results scared me (202/144 and I'm a female, 5'6" tall and weigh 112 lbs). I had been dealing with a lot of negative stress for the past two years. The death of my mom and my brother, financial issues (was laid off my job earlier in the year and as a result, my diet sucked and I was smoking a lot of cigarettes...not to mention I've dealt with chronic pain for 20 years).
So I decided to get a digital monitor to really start monitoring more closely. Wrist monitors aren't accurate: You can add or remove 10 points to your systolic and diastolic results just to get an idea what your true blood pressure is. So for accuracy, you want to check at your brachial artery (upper arm). I checked out a lot of monitors available, as well as their reviews. This one looked like my best bet, in regards to accuracy, technology, features and cost. So I bought one. The shipping was super fast and the customer service is excellent.
I checked my BP with my manual cuff and then with this one. Results were identical! I like it so much and trust it enough that I bought another one for my daughter. I have since improved my diet, significantly decreased my smoking (with my near future goal of quitting completely) and started addressing my stress in a whole new way. I've included a pic of where my BP is now. Since I'm slender in build, the only thing I'd love to see is an option for a smaller cuff, but this one still works for me. I highly recommend this monitor for everyone, whether you have high blood pressure or not. It stays charged for a long time and comes with a type C charger... just like you use to charge your cellphone.
