The product itself is just a temporary fix"¦ nothing permanent only to get by for a day or two.. so far all of those negative posts if you did not read the directions thoroughly, you will get a bad result.

This stuff works but it really depends on how much you eat throughout the day. I usually eat once or twice a day, (It really depends on my stomach.) And its usually fish or chicken.. So yes it works but that depends on how much you chew.
