I was able to install this tarp by myself. It was a bit heavy to climb the ladder and hold this with one hand but I managed and once atop the trailer I unfolded it. The one issue was determining the long from the narrow edge---reminds me of a fitted sheet. I had to rotate it 90 degrees.
I didn't rate durability because I just installed it. Surviving winter wind and snow will help determine it's durability. I hope that it will last for several years.
